Lahore (Bolta PakistanHD Online) – Immigration authorities at Lahore Airport arrested a passenger attempting to travel on a US passport using a fake identity. According to the private TV channel Express News, the passenger was departing for Toronto on PIA flight PK-797. He had identified himself as Abid Ali using the US passport. During immigration clearance, his identity appeared suspicious. Further investigation revealed that the entry stamp on the US passport, dated May 22, 2026, was forged. Immigration records showed that the actual holder of the passport had already departed Pakistan for abroad on March 23, 2026. The passenger failed to disclose his true identity; immigration authorities offloaded him following further verification. He has been handed over to the FIA's AHTC (Anti-Human Trafficking Circle) in Lahore for further legal proceedings.
