According to an international news agency, Iran has categorically rejected Saudi Arabia’s accusation that it provides assistance, aid, and support to the Houthis. Saudi Arabia had alleged that Iran is providing substantial support for the attacks launched by the Houthis in Yemen against the Kingdom. In response, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated that Iran rejects all allegations regarding its role in the activities of the Houthis in Yemen. Esmaeil Baghaei reiterated an offer for Iran to act as a bridge to facilitate communication and negotiations between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis. It should be noted that there has been an increase in Houthi missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia, further escalating tensions across the Middle East and the Arab world.
